Scheduled Service rate: $75/hr, 1hr minimum
* Appointments must be made a minimum 48hrs in advance*
Upon arriving at your location, we will troubleshoot then estimate how much time/money it will take to solve your problem. We do our best to advise you what the problem is, how long we think it will take to fix, and any options you may have in proceeding. 
Business service contracts are available starting at $600/mo. The following services are provided monthly:
  • 3hr response time in emergency situations.
  • unlimited email and telephone support.
  • 48hr response to non-critical issues we can not fix through email or telephone assistance.
  • bi-monthly 3hr service calls to your business scheduled at your convenience (for routine support services - see below).

  • Windows/Linux Server installation, replacement, administration, update, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Network troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Hardware troubleshooting, service and optimization.
  • e-mail Server administration.
  • Website modifications.
  • Windows Vista/XP/2000 client installation, upgrade, restore, repair, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • MS Office installation, upgrade, restore, repair, troubleshooting, and optimization.
